Looks fine.

Make sure you changed SPLM_LICENSE_SERVER to 27800@localhost and overwrote the NX 12.0 client crack files

Yes. To control everything runs well:

1. SSQ FlexLM Service must be Running
2. There must be SolidSQUAD_License_Servers\Logs\lmgrd.log
