说起来可长篇了。
第一步：建立刀具样板文件。
1。新建文件，如 tool.prt。主菜单 ----- file ----- new
2。进入加工模块。主菜单 ----- application ----- manufacturing
3。创建刀具。主菜单 ----- insert ----- tool
第二步：输出刀库文件。
1。输出刀库文件，如 tool.dat。主菜单 ----- information ----- shop
document ----- export tool library to ascii datafile
第三步：移动刀库文件。
1。移动刀库文件 tool.dat 到目录 \mach\resourse\library\metric。
2。把 tool.dat 改名为 tool_database.dat。你也可修改其他文件，让
系统指向你的刀库 tool.dat。
第四步：调用刀库。
1。打开要编程的工件，按正常步骤进入加工模块。
2。调出刀具。insert ----- tool ----- retrieve tool |
