MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS    任职条件
·          Education / Experience    教育背景及工作经验
	Bachelor  degree in mechanical and electrical or numerical control manufacturing.    3 years  minimum experience as programmer in heavy machining area; Familiar with CNC  horizontal lathes and milling/boring machines.    机电一体化或者数控专业大学本科毕业    三年以上的重加工编程经验，熟悉数控卧车和落地式镗铣床的加工特点
·          Specific knowledge    专业知识
	Machining  knowledge of turbine casing machining. Mastering mechanical drawing standard.  Able to understand the engineering drawings and documents. Expertly operating  EXAPT+, CATIA CAD/CAM software, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. English ability  in spoken, reading and writing fluently.    具有汽轮机的机械加工知识，掌握机械制图标准。能够理解和读懂工程设计图纸和文件。熟练地操作EXAPT+, CATIA等CAD/CAM软件，微软办公套件和AutoCAD，能流利地使用英语进行交流
·          Business understanding    业务了解范围
	Understand internal relations in Factory  and cross relations between Engineering, Sourcing. Good communication skills  in order to link with the related employees. Able to prepare NC programs,  program lists and transferring the NC programs to CNC machines for turbine casing according  to the Engineering documents. Supporting the activities in workshops with  good service consciousness and requirement of EHS system.    了解工厂内部之间的工作关系和工厂与工程设计部，采购部之间的外部工作关系。良好的沟通能力以便于与相关人员进行沟通。能够按照设计文件的要求，为汽轮机和发电机汽轮机编制数控加工程序及其清单，传输程序到数控机床，在具有良好的服务意识前提下按照EHS管理体系的要求对车间的制造活动进行生产服务
