| 详细职位要求:
岗位责任
1. 对现有产品零件、组件、整机的CAD图纸进行审核
2. CAD化新产品
3. 编制工艺流程图并和生产工艺及工序说明书
4. 协助外加工的零部件生产管理
5. 对于影响制造工艺，提出设计或产品变更
6. 持续降低成本，改进质量，满足顾客期望，协助完成6西格玛项目
7. 协助制造和装配现场管理
基本要求
1. 本科或以上学历，工程类相关专业，制造行业3年以上工作经验；
2. 熟练应用AUTOCAD、UG、 Pro/E 等工具软件；
3. 良好的沟通协调能力
4. 良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力
GENERAL PURPOSE
To perform engineering duties in the design of heat press machines while coordinating with overseas engineering and local suppliers.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILTIES
n Performs mechanical design using SolidWorks to make structural castings, plastic components, and other parts.
n Works with local suppliers to develop, prototype and approve new parts for production.
n Provides technical support to manufacturing, sourcing, and quality.
n Communicates with overseas engineering develop designs from conceptual sketches and specification requirements.
n Provides Chinese-English translation as needed for drawings and specifications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
n Experience doing mechanical design using SolidWorks software.
n Experience with design of structural castings and plastic components.
n Good knowledge of materials and fabrication processes.
n Able to schedule tasks and meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience:
n Chinese fluency and spoken and written English is mandatory.
n College degree with a major in mechanical engineering or closely related field.
n Relevant experience in mechanical design of parts and machines.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
n General office environment.
n Occasional need to be in the factory.
n Able to travel in Guangdong to work with suppliers.
n Forty hour work week.
