详细职位要求: Responsibility： - Special emphasis on fixture design drawing, fixture making, machine programming, gauging etc.and the product/process introduction - 工装设计，工装制造，机器编程，以及产品的测量，编制产品和工艺作业指导书 - Bring new product from "drawing and specifications" to "first article inspection" (FAI) and production (handover to manufacturing engineer). Responsible for successful qualification of new product and related process. - 开发新产品从图纸和规范到第一轮检查和制造出产品（移交到制造工程师）。负责新产品的认证和相关工艺的开发。 - Come up with fixed / frozen process with a defined process capability, which is described in a "manufacturing brochure / manual". (MI = Manufacturing Identification) - 制定生产流程 - Define relevant quality incpection steps and implement them in "manufacturing brochure / manual". (QCI = Quality Control Identification) - 确定工作手册里面相关的质量检测并实施 - Cooperate with related departments to make sure qualified processes are reached within agreed budget and time schedule. - 和其他部门建立良好的合作关系，以确保在预算和预计时间内可完成生产 - Assist Manufacturing Engineer in solving operative problems during production. - 协助制造经理解决生产过程中的技术问题 - Promote innovative technology and methods to improve productivity and quality, and to reduce cost. - 提供创新的技术或者方法来改进生产力，提高质量并降低生产成本 Qualification： - Experienced in assigned production process (e.g. RobCAD or other CAM software, HVOF&APS coating etc.) - 熟悉生产加工流程（比如RobCAD或 CAM软件，热喷涂&大气等离子喷涂等） - Educated in mechanics or related subjects with university (or higher) degree - 机械或者相关专业大学本科以上学历 - Rich knowledge and experience in quality of mechanical product, - 具备机械产品质量管理的知识和经验 - Familiar with the operation and maintenance of CNC machines - 熟悉机加工设备的运行和维护 - Knowledge about drawing - 熟悉机械图纸和画图 - in-process quality assurance - 熟悉过程检验 - Team working experience is preferred - 良好的团队合作精神 - English communication ability during working and training conditions - 具备工作和培训环境下的英语沟通能力 - Special knowledge of tool / fixture design and manufacture - 夹具设计和制造经验 - Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) - 了解SPC - at least 1 year of working experience (post university) in a manufacturing environment; preferrably in the metals industry or turbine industry; experience with CAD / CAM,Pro_E and CNC (or similar) programming - 至少一年以上的制造类企业工作经验，优先考虑燃气轮机行业，熟悉CAD/CAM,Pro-E,数控编程 - experience in qualifying production processes according to customer requirements - 熟悉质量控制 - some experience with working with foreigners (US, Europe) is of advantage - 具备跟外籍员工公事经历者优先 Contact: Email： hr.pg@siemens.com 请在信件主题上注明申请职位名称。 Please indicate the job title in the subject of your letter.
