You must install browser app for Internet Explorer and Chrome Connector for Google Chrome if prompted. If you have any problems downloading the Browser App or launching Saba Classroom, please log an AHD helpdesk ticket selecting Learning Center as the required area.
Both the audio (VOIP) and video will be delivered via your computer. It is therefore essential that as a minimum you have speakers on your computer. Due to the quality of laptop speakers and microphones it is recommended to use a VOIP headset, however it is not mandatory. To ensure that your speakers and microphone are working and have been calibrated correctly, please connect and test in advance.
