详细职位要求: 职责： Rols and Responsibilities: 1.三年以上直式/横式注塑机调机经验，熟悉注塑机/模具调试及保养, Operated about injection molding machine (Vertical/Horizontal) with more than 3 years experience, familiar with the injection molding machine/mold adjustment and maintenance; 2.熟悉线厂加工装配的常用塑料的特性，了解各种注塑机器的特性要求 Familiar with the characteristics of the plastic in cable harness area, used to understand the characteristics of a variety of injection molding machine requirements; 3.服从工作安排，能吃苦耐劳，上下模具，开机调试，直至产品稳定生产 Obedience work, hard working, setup the tooling, molding debugging, until the stable productively. 4.具有注塑成形工艺技术，能现场分析和解决问题 Abilty to analysis and problem solving of molding 5.领带/指导成形设备组工作 Need obedience to a superior guidance and coordination with the group. 6.处理整套模具成形关相ISO纪录文件 Handleing Full set of molding related record ISO document. 7.了解模具结构 Familiar with mold structure is must. 经验及学历要求 Experience/Education Required: 1.中专电机/机械专业或以上学历,或相关同等学历 Secondary school, prefer with Molding/ Mechanical professional training. 2.有注塑工厂实际相关工作最少5年或以上经验 At least 5 years or above working experience related with Tooling/Molding engineering. 3.工作认真负责, 追求精益求精. 对工作有很好的配合度, 能积极, 主动, 乐观地承担工作任务. Responsible, Positive, optimistic. 4.良好沟通和表达能力 Good communication and presentation skills 5.良好独立处事能力 Good leadership Skill 6.良好的领导才能和懂分配工作 Ability to work independently 7.能在压力下工作 Able to work under pressure 8.流利普通话，懂粤语或略懂英语更佳 Understand English is a plus
