Installation Notice
===================
This is the description of Mold Wizard NX 8.5 Engineering Data Base Installation.

1. Windows XP :
  a. Download and unzip mwnx8.5_data.zip to a folder, such as "d:\moldwizard_data".
  b. Set MOLDWIZARD_DIR environment variable to the above folder, for example "set MOLDWIZARD_DIR=d:\moldwizard_data".
  c. In order for the Bill of Materials tool to work properly, copy \moldwizard\templates\moldwizard_add_in.xla to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\XLStart directory
  d. For Win64 bit machine, you need to set MOLDWIZARD_DIR environment variable explicitly in .bat file or System Environment Variables.
2. Windows 7 :
  a. Download and unzip mwnx8.5_data.zip to a folder, such as "d:\moldwizard_data".
  b. Set MOLDWIZARD_DIR environment variable to the above folder, for example "set MOLDWIZARD_DIR=d:\moldwizard_data".
  c. In order for the Bill of Materials tool to work properly, copy \moldwizard\templates\moldwizard_add_in.xla to
     C:\apps\MSOffice\Office12\XLSTART directory ( For Microsoft Office 2007 ),
     or C:\apps\MSOffice\Office14\XLSTART directory ( For Microsoft Office 2010 )
  d. For Win64 bit machine, you need to set MOLDWIZARD_DIR environment variable explicitly in .bat file or System Environment Variables.
3. For All platforms:
Siemens PLM Software recommends that you install the engineering database in a location outside the default ...\UGII_BASE_DIR\moldwizard location. You can put the library in shared location on your network, and point to it with the environment variable MOLDWIZARD_DIR.
4. Easy Fill
  a. Easy Fill integration package is included in this data base.
  b. First time run flow analysis needs administrator permission.
  c. Set WCS to absolute CSYS before starting flow analysis.
Notice
=======
1. For Wint64 bit machine,  If BOM Export to Excel can not work.
Solution: put cursor in bom list Title Field area, MB3 -> Export to Spreadsheet.  

2. Reserved part attribute.
The part attribute name of Material (or MATERIAL) is reserved by NX8.5, before starting to use NX/Mold Wizard application, you have to:
a. Open Customer Defaults settings by File->Utilities->Customer Defaults.
b. Expand Gateway->Materials/Mass.
c. Go to Attirbutes tab and turn off Create Attribute for Part Material.
d. Click OK and restart NX.

   b. meus_d_ger_int.xls  (MEUSBURGER_VERBOHRT_INTERCH)
   c. meus_eng_int.xls    (MEUSBURGER_PLAIN_INTERCH)
   d. meus_ger_int.xls    (MEUSBURGER_UNVERBOHRT_INTERCH)
3. PR#6589686 : DME Sprue returns Consistancy and Self Intersection failure when Timing is used.
4  PR#1883051 : Excel MW Add-In 'Export to Xess' stops at line 1501 and truncates file.
5. PR#6663803 : Progressive Ejector Pin English has wrong catalog info in spreadsheet.
6. PR#6663856 : shoulder ejector pin head type 3and 4 incorrect false body.
7. PR#1891994 : Moldwizard DME_M ejector bumper assembly has non sufficient assembly constraint.
8. PR#1889994 : MW FHCS Socket Head Countersunk screw has non-standard dimensions.
9. PR#1891947 : Moldwizard False Body of Hasco screws has a small flat at the tool tip.
10. PR#6692204 : Mixed Units in MW Standard Parts create incorrect screw sizes.
11. PR#1891857 : MW Hasco Z10/Z1000 has wrong criteria compared to Hasco specs.
12. PR#6692204 : Mixed Units in MW Standard Parts create incorrect screw sizes.
13. Fix the fit distance adjustment issue for MISUMI straight ejector pins.
