| 详细职位要求:
1. Lead Kohler Power Systems China engineering department, supporting worldwide engineering requirements and supporting manufacturing operations in China.
2. Responsible for new generator product developments. Drive resolution to cross-functional issues. Review major problems and take necessary action consistent with company policies and procedures to resolve them. Inform and consult with superiors on problems and other adverse developments or conditions.
3. Establish new and improve current development process standards and tests. Maintain awareness of competitive products, innovations, and technological advances in materials, processes, and design throughout industry for possible impact on and application to products of the division.
4. Establish Product Specifications with Marketing Product Managers as well as Engineering Specifications. Assist in customer presentations and provide designs responsive to unique customer requirements.
5. Provide engineering technical leadership.
6. Work with vendors to resolve technical issues.
7. Supervise and direct engineers to complete projects. Plan, budget and schedule both direct and support resources to execute defined projects. Ensure that objectives are met in an optimum manner with maximum financial efficiency.
8. Work with cost reduction teams to reduce cost of units in production
9. Manage the engineering design and project systems engineering for localization of generators, switch gears and non-standard systems.
10. Assist in the resolution of engineering problems, including evaluation, design and modification to support Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing requirements. |
