详细职位要求: Responsibilities 职责 1、 Quality control including sample inspection, incoming inspection, process product quality control, final product audit and packing quality audit. 负责质量控制，包括样品检验，到货检验，生产过程质量控制，最终产品、打包质量审核。 2、 Organize people to draw up quality inspection and acceptance standard based on the technical standard from technical department. 根据研发部的产品技术标准，负责组织产品质量验收标准的制定。 3、 Draw up the inspection records, testing reports, and responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the inspection and testing 编写检验记录、试验报告，对检验、实验的真实性、准确性负责。 4、 Responsible for controlling unqualified products and making data analysis; coordinate with related departments to deal with quality problems; organize quality analysis meeting regularly, and make reports concerning quality. 不合格品控制和对质量数据进行统计分析，协同有关部门处理质量问题，定期组织质量分析会，报告质量情况。 5、 Make weekly and monthly quality report. 完成质量周报、月报。 6、 Control and improve supplier quality. Be able to instruct supplier in site and effectively prevent and improve supplier product quality. Feedback supplier quality problem and follow up supplier corrective actions. 控制并改进供应商质量；能够到供应商处现场指导，有效预防并改进供应商产品质量。反馈供应商质量问题并跟进供应商质量纠正措施。 7、 Be able to design the effective way to do the supplier performance evaluation, follow up and take actions. 能够设计出有效的供应商绩效考评方式,对供应商的绩效进行跟踪并采取措施 8、 Make inspection record. 制作检验记录。 9、 Maintain and calibrate gauges. 维护校准检验测量仪。 10、 Support quality management to maintain and improve quality system. 协助质量经理维护并完善质量系统。 Requirements 要求 1、 University education of engineering, machining background, more than four years working experience. 本科学历，工程机械专业背景，四年以上工作经验； 2、Strong knowledge the machining; the experience of inspecting is preferred. 了解机械设备及整车，拥有质量检验、供应商控制经验者优先； 3、 Good skill in use of gauge. 会使用各种检验测量设备； 4、 Solid knowledge of quality system. 具备质量体系专业知识； 5、 Good command of written and oral English, and good computer skill. 良好的英语说写能力，计算机操作熟练； 6、 Good team work spirit. 团队精神。 7、 People with professional certificate of quality engineer, or having driving license (B) are preferred. 有质量工程师职称者优先，有驾驶证B照者优先。 联系人: 人力资源部 传 真：无 网 址:http:// 详细地址: 青浦工业园区新技路818号/ 四川北路1318号盛邦国际大厦12楼
