UG后处理圆弧输出求分析

后处理处理出来的程序g02/03都是线段没有g02/03、但是圆弧切入就有g03这是怎么回事

知道,只有圆弧切入和圆弧切出的时候是圆,螺旋铣都是些线段。

你想让圆弧输出可以下刀的程序G03 X38.299 Y-9.65  I-1.  J0.0 Z-4.946,像这样的吗,这样改后处理可以,但是这样不安全,图形如果比较复杂,螺旋下刀容易过切

换了个后处理,就没事了,我想要螺旋铣,G03X Y Z I J 。就这样一直往下螺旋铣

把后处理里面的模态改为非模态 就会每段程序后面都有R值
