| 详细职位要求:
Major Job Responsibilities:
· Support key account mangers to introduce the new technology to customers
· Lead or support cost and quality improvement activities that are related to the product design.
· Translate customer requirements into specified design criteria. Lead DFMEA activity from project initiation through to the life of the product.
· Develop product design concept solutions that meet customer requirements or standards.
· Support product costing activities
· Create and maintain product BOM.
· Provide technical inputs to ensure that proper tests and validation plans are developed and implemented.
· Participate in Project Team activities
· Communicate design direction and review technical issues with customers
· Ensure that product design activities meet timing and cost targets.
· Understand Customer Technical Strategies and anticipate future component requirements.
· Understand customer product rollout plans so as to understand timing requirements for new products.
· Understand and follow Product Design Release Engineer tasks and responsibilities per the Product Development Process.
· Benchmark analysis for competitor components.
· Understand and follow Internal Engineering Procedures,
Job Requirements:
· 3 years working experience in R&D engineering area and over 30 years old, Car lock knowledge would be a plus.
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or above.
· Good English skills
· Good understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes and documentations.
· Be able to use CATIA V5,UG ,AUTO CAD
· Be familiar with TS 16949 ,FORMAL Q
· Be familiar with APQP and PPAP
· Good communication skills. Be self motivated and able to coordinate multiple programs concurrently
· Be able to travel as required.
岗位职责：
协助客户经理向客户推广新技术
从产品设计的角度组织和支持产品的成本和质量改进
翻译解释客户要求，组织DFMEA设计
针对客户要求或者标准,设计产品的解决方案,并加以验证.
支持产品成本的计算
负责创建BOM
根据客户输入的要求,确保试验测试和相关的控制计划是否全面,是否有包含客户的要求.
需参与产品项目组
对设计产品的与客户进行沟通
确保设计的产品满足时间和成本要求.
能够理解客户的技术策略和公司将来产品发展趋势做出预测.
能够理解并根据客户大时程的要求规划公司内部产品的设计进程
理解并按照产品设计流程制造任务清单,负责产品开发的整个过程
应用标杆管理对竞争对手的产品进行分析.
理解并按照公司内部的流程进行操作
岗位要求：
3年R&D 工作经验,年龄30岁以上，汽车行业优先
机械专业,本科或者本科以上
英语良好
对工程制造及相关文件能够有很好的理解和应用
会使用CATIA V5,UG ,AUTO CAD
熟悉TS 16949 ,FORMAL Q
熟悉APQP and PPAP
良好的沟通技巧,积极的参与和组织多个项目活动.
可以出差
