职位职责： 1.Utilize Pro/ENGINEER to detail drawings and model engine retarder components while working within design constraints and design standards;
按设计规定和设计标准，使用Pro/ENGINEER细化图纸并设计零部件图
2.Work with the project engineer to transfer the voice of the customer into a manufacturable design;
与项目工程师合作，把客户要求转变成图纸设计
3.Create parametric drawings from Pro/ENGINEER models;
通过Pro/ENGINEER拆绘零部件图
4.Complete and document tolerance stacks;
完成公差及形位公差设计
5.Employ proper Design for Manufacturing (DFM) in designs;
设计合理，面向生产
6.Utilize proper Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for manufacturability and gauging;

The truck market in China is growing faster than any other global market. With China’s rapid development of the highway system and demand for safety and productivity for trucks and buses, vehicle retarding is quickly being adopted. The truck design has been changed from “low speed heavy duty” to “high speed heavy duty.” More braking power is required to ensure the truck safety and fast, efficient deliveries. With new highways, trucks travel faster and need better braking systems than ever before.
We are going to setup wholly owned operation in SIP to manufacture engine brake to satisfy China truck market growth. This operation will be in SORP in April 1, 2008. Utilizing the famous Danaher Business System (DBS), Jacobs China will focus on penetrating the Chinese market and supporting Jacobs global marketing with low cost, high-quality products and services.
