Win10 x64 1809版本重装NX12.0出现-10004问题

之前是Win10x64前一个大版本安装的UG NX12.0 , 根据3D世界网的文件和教程安装的,一切都正常使用.
后来更新了1809的系统, 也可以使用. (当时系统有ESET IS 杀毒软件和防火墙)

这次全新安装Win10 x64  1809版本后, 怎么NX12 怎么安装都解决不了-1004的问题.

环境变量也正常.
也尝试过修改SSQ服务登陆身份,

改SSQ服务为自动, 但是每次重启都出现问题.
好像是SSQ的服务器服务没法启动.


关闭杀毒软件, 甚至卸载杀毒软件, 重装服务也没有用.


提示是按照正常, 但是每次都是-10004 错误...

我已经折腾2天了, 一直这个问题, 哪位高手大大帮忙看看, 到底哪里出现问题.
-- NX的破解文件已经复制到NX安装目录的.
