装Nx9.0或者10后，不能直接打开UG文件，但能导入stp文件

如题;本人用笔记本装Nx9.0后，能预览UG图，但不能直接打开UG文件，却能导入stp文件，后卸载9.0后，装nx10后出现同样的问题
文件目录及文件名全是英文或数字，无空格，打开文件时一直是一个园圈显示加载中，就是不能打开
win7系统
