工作内容：

·          Responsible for design, development and implementation of customizedmechanical tooling, fixtures, and associated processes to enable the handling,assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and finalassemblies.

·          Tooling cost reduction. (New materials, processes and creativedesigns.)

·          Support purchasing and supplier quality engineers for mechanical partssourcing and localization.

·          Establish and manage tooling schedule and metal/plastic parts scheduleto meet project time line.

·          Provide tooling and plastics/metal parts design and manufacturingexpertise to development team. Including tooling and molding feasibilityanalysis, post-molding scheme, design for manufacturing / assembly analysis.

·          Support quality engineer for tooling and mechanical partsqualification.

·          Troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing issues related to injectionmolding process, tooling fabrication, stamping, die casting, cosmeticdecorating and labeling

岗位要求：

·          More than 5 years of moldingexperience, to be familiar with kinds of molding machine operation, electricaland Hydraulic machines, such like FANUC, NISSEI, SUMITOMO, ENGEL…etc.

·          To be good at molding consumerand high glossy parts, to be familiar with the plastic material, PC, PC/ABS,ABS, POM, PA6+GF, TPE,TPU, PPS,PEEK…etc.

·          More than 3 years of toolingdesign or tooling management, can use Solidwork or other 3D software to improvethe part or tooling design and create the DFM

·          To be familiar with office software,can summarize the raw data in Excel or PowerPoint

·          To be familiar at qualitytools, PPAP, FAI, Cpk , GR&R and measurement method.

·          College degree in plastic mold,mechanical engineering or similar

·          Strong project management skills; orientation to detail analysis andmilestone targets for multiple projects

·          Thorough technical understanding on injection molding process, toolingstructure design and manufacturing technology. Hands-on experience with overmold/ insert molding a huge plus

·          Good command of AutoCAD, Pro-E. Hands-on experience with over mold/insert molding/cosmetics treatment a huge plus
