最近看了一篇较高水平的学术论文,一个德国人把一个有六个工作站的装配线抽象成了数学模型,并加上了些许约束,利用自己发明的算法,志在解决不同工作站之间的工具共享问题,以达到装配线的平衡,我对他的数学模型和算法部分进行了整理,由于公式实在太多,就写在word里了,有些公式智能截图了,大家看看吧,挺有意思的。

Topic: Real-time administration of tool sharing andbest matching to enhance assembly lines balanceability and flexibility Flexibility refers tothe ability of the system to increase its throughput (despite dynamic changessuch as disruptions in demand or supply) without utilizing any additionalresources. Moreover, an assembly line is called balanceable, if the overallworkload is (or can be) distributed equally between all workstations. The real-time,collaborative control mechanism has been adapted and extended to providefeedback to the off-line plan generated and updated continuously using abi-objective mixed-integer programming (BOMIP) model. Continuous informationsharing and update of the plan, enabled by an effective control mechanism, canimprove the quality of the plan, and mitigate the undesirable influences ofuncertainties on the system’s performance. The plan includes theexpected cycle time, number of workstations, BM(best matching) between tasksand workstations, and decisions on how and when to share idle tools withbottleneck workstations. The feedback informationincludes task’ processing times, precedence relations, the upper bounds for thenumber of workstations and cycle time, and the pair wise collaborationefficiency(CE) coefficients between the workstations for TS(tool sharing).
