毕业设计——关于"汽车顶灯罩"的塑料模具设计

摘要：本次设计通过对汽车顶灯罩的工艺分析，并利用Moldflow分析出该塑件的浇口位置，最终设计出该塑件的塑料模具。在模具设计过程中，涉及到了模具的结构设计、注塑机和模架的选择以及注塑机的一些重要工艺参数的校核，并详细叙述了模具设计中的分型面设计、浇注系统设计、成型零件设计、顶出机构设计和冷却系统设计。在设计过程中，主要利用UG设计三维模型，将三维模型转化成AutoCAD二维图，设计出完整的模具装配图和零部件图。

The Design of The Top Car Lampshade Mold

ABSTRACT: The injection mold of lampshade is designed by analysing the process performance of the plastic part and using Moldflow to get the gating position. Throughout the mold designing process,it related to the structural of the plastic parts,choicing molding machines and die-injection molding machine and the choice of some of the important parameters,and descibed in detail the design of the die-face design, casting system Design, forming part design, the top insituions to design and cooling system design. In the design process,the overall assembly drawings and element drawings follows the process of exchanging the three-dimensional mold which designed by UG into two-dimensional mold in AutoCAD.
