| 详细职位要求: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. At least 3 years work experience in manufacturing. Familiar with TS16949 systems. Automotive experience is preferred. Must be able to design tooling. Knowledge of AUTOCAD software preferred. Must be able to read ,writhe ,and understand English language. Ability to speak English is preferred. Must be willing to work overtime and/or off-shifts when required. *Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support exiting production equipment ,including on-line trouble-shooting. - Focus on continuous process improvement to improve cycle time, product quality ,and machine utilization. - Work with equipment vendors for coordination of equipment modifications and tooling requirements. - Ensure effective steady-state output from all production lines. - Reviews levels and location of work-in-progress inventory in order to maximize throughout and equipment and manpower utilization. Investigates 'bottlenecks' and develops alternative solution in order to improve throughout. - Determines the need, feasibility, and justification for new machines and equipment .Provides direction in selecting machinery/equipment to insure production capabilities to meet customer requirements ,assure quality standards and cost reduction objectives will be satisfied by the equipment purchased .Coordinated with machine/equipment suppliers. - Confers with manufacturing engineers and other manufacturing personnel to assist in developing new methods and procedures ,tool designs ,weld schedules ,weld fixtures ,and related applications where existing reference standards are not applicable. - Prepares and analyzes, in conjunction with the statistical process control coordinator instructions ,charts ,and data to measure and define the various production processes within the manufacturing plant Maintains up to date operator instruction books inclusive of quality ,safety ,set-up ,and operations. - Performs other job-related duties as assigned. | |||
