UG3.0安装：UGII_LICENSE_FILE is set to the wrong port@host.[ -15]

哪位老大帮忙看一下。
今天装UG3.0完全按照网上给的安装顺序但
是安装后一直提示“NX Inutualzation Error Initialization error- NX license Error: The license server has not been
started yet, or UGII_LICENSE_FILE is set to the wrong port@host.[ -15] ”
我发现我的license一直不能启动。
在lmtools里点击perform status enquiry
出现 Flexible License Manager status on Tue 12/9/2014 14:41

Error getting status: No SERVER lines in license file
License path:C:\Program Files\UGS\License Servers\UGNXFLEXlm\ugnx3.lic
FLEXlm error:-13,66

和我电脑里安装了 autocad 2004没有关系吧？

-15错误是许可服务配置错误。
先卸载你现在安装的，严格按下面一步一步安装：
