UG12.0.2.9我前几天安装成功，这次再安装失败，许可服务就是安装不上，高人如何解决？

CAP一键安装？ 我前几天很轻松的安装完成了，这次可能是install_or_update.bat忘记以管理员的方式运行，以至于无法挽救，如何也安装不是许可协议

我创建了temp目录，并且设置了环境变量，还是安装不上许可协议

“CAP一键安装就行”是什么意思？能说明白吗？
我前几天也非常轻松的安装成功了，但这次估计是install_or_update.bat忘记以管理员的方式运行了，以至于再如何设置也安装不了许可协议
