你的许可证版本太低了，换个12.0的。我12和1956一起开没问题。

可能是因为你在另外一个软件里还在运行什么程序导致这个打不开 比如还在草图环境之类的 你先一个个打开再操作软件试试

现在是点部署文件，打开不会弹出第二个UG而，点击UG软件是可以打开第二个UG的，就这样先用着吧
