关于UG和CATIA做钣金设计的不同

本人7年的CATIA钣金设计经验,这个软件做钣金设计,尤其是复杂的钣金,都不用钣金模块,而是用曲面做。等零件面做好了统一加料厚。UG做大型的汽车钣金也是这样吗?感觉这个钣金模块太难用了。

这个也是可以直接曲面加料厚,再用一步式展开,或者钣金里面实体冲压

谢谢!我了解您的意思。直接曲面的方式,我尝试过。但是有一个问题始终困扰我,UG的设计过程是有时序的,不像CATIA可以使用几何图形集,是非时序化的,比如一个曲面cut一半之后,原曲面和新cut后的面都仍然可以使用。好像UG就不能这样,必须使用同步建模。而且同步建模不太智能
