UG NX12.0 Help和Programming Tools Help
在Win10-64位家庭版系统上：先安装Java 9.0.1(64-bit);
再安装NX12 Documentation Server;
再安装NX12 Document 和 API Document.都成功完成。
运行Help和Programming Tools HelpHelp，IE8都报错如下：
